Qualification Required:B.E. / Diploma in Computer Network & Hardware

Troubleshoot & repair Computors, Fax Machines, Copiers, PUBX systems
Good Communication Skills matched with excellent Customer Service Ettiquette
Ability to extensively coordinate with In-House team and customers to ensure - continues and effective customer support

Job Title: Sales Executive
Qualification Required:Graduation / Post Graduation
Minimum Experience:1-2 Years
Key Competencies:
  • Submission of Offers and meeting with clients
  • Following up with the Client for orders
  • Negotiating with the client and closing the deals
  • Generating Leads from Data Base Provided
  • Achieve assigned sales target
  • Identify potential market segments
  • Identify & generating Business from New Account, enhance business from exiting accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms and by adherence to response time standards
  • Ensure collection of payment as per agreed terms with the customer
